This policy describes how we respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
1. Reporting Alleged Copyright Infringement
If you believe that material available through the Services infringes a copyright you own or control, you may submit a written notice to our Designated Agent (below). To be effective, your notice must include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with information reasonably sufficient to locate it (for example, the URL);
- Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
2. Designated DMCA Agent
Notices of claimed infringement should be sent to:
DMCA Agent, SYNTHFY LLC

3. Counter-Notification
If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent that includes: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and telephone number; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the U.S., the Southern District of Texas) and will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.
4. Repeat Infringers
In appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, we will disable or terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
5. Misrepresentations
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages. Please ensure your notice or counter-notice is accurate before submitting it.
