1. 14-Day Free Trial
All new customers are eligible for a 14-day free trial of our Services. No credit card is required to start your trial. During the trial period, you have full access to the features included in your selected plan. If you choose not to continue after the trial, your account will simply be deactivated with no charges.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, your service will continue until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation takes effect.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- You cancel within 7 days of your first paid subscription charge
- A billing error resulted in an incorrect charge
- The Services were materially unavailable for an extended period due to issues on our end
- You were charged after submitting a cancellation request that was not processed in time
4. Pro-Rated Refunds
For annual subscription plans, if you cancel after the initial 7-day refund window, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your subscription. Pro-rated refunds are calculated based on the number of full months remaining in your billing cycle.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Monthly subscription fees after the 7-day refund window
- Overage charges for usage exceeding plan limits
- Setup fees or one-time configuration charges
- Add-on services that have already been delivered
- Custom development or integration work
